Payment & Gratuities

We accept Visa, MasterCard, check, and cash as forms of payment. Cash is preferred as it helps us keep costs down. Thank you for supporting our small business!

***Our stylists graciously accept gratuity in the form of cash, check or venmo. We do not put gratuity on credit cards.

Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

To ensure promptness with all guests, we will reschedule any appointment that is 15 minutes late to another time with an accidental no show charge 100% of scheduled service. Any guest with consecutive late arrivals may be subject to pre-payment of all future appointments.

Cancellations

We do require a card on file to secure any appointments in our system.

This is due to our cancellation policy-

We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if we need to make any adjustments to your appointment, anything less than that would be a 50% charge of the scheduled services.

Same day cancellations or an accidental no show are charged 100% of all services scheduled.
